What does "made to order" mean?
Rambler Made is a one-man shop hand making every item as it's ordered, meaning we don't keep inventory. You order it, we make it, just like your favorite sandwich shop.
This allows us to reduce waste by just focusing on your item with the sole intent to create, not produce.
When can I expect my order?
Current lead times are 2 weeks for "Made to Order" goods. This ensures we have enough time to source materials from our suppliers and create your item with the dedicated focus required to make it last a lifetime.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the handmade nature of the business, we only offer item exchanges and refunds of in store credit in the form of a digital gift card that never expires.
Return inquiries must be submitted within 14 days of delivery date.
If exchanging or returning an item for store credit, the item must be unused, unworn, and, unscratched. Each item will be thoroughly inspected before exchange or store credit can be approved.
Personalized items (monogramming, stamping, etc.) do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Shipping costs for exchanges or store credit will be deducted from the customers refund.
Lifetime Warranty
If tragedy should befall your beloved belonging due to a stitching or structural defect, we offer free repair or replacement. Just reach out!
