The Right Boot for the Ride – Rambler Made

The Right Boot for the Ride

Finding the right gear for riding motorcycles has always been a bit of a conundrum. You want to be protected, but not uncomfortable. You want to look like a human upon reaching your destination, and less like a Power Ranger.⁣

In comes the @thursdayboots Captain. The biggest problem for me when wearing street boots for a bike was the toe tends to be too bulky to shift accurately and comfortably, but the toe on these bad boys is perfectly thin enough to slide right under the shifter, pop that lever, and back to its resting position lickety-split. The boot comes just above your ankle ensuring that your ankles have a line of defense against any falls, scrapes, or other manner of accident. I went with matte black, which still had a bit of that “going to fight crime” look to it, but the lack of bulk in the boot helped with that spaceman / Power Ranger dilemma, unless you’re into that sort of thing.⁣
